Finance Transformation Lead

Hybrid Position - Onsite 3 Days a Week

Position Summary

The Finance Transformation Lead drives critical priorities by leading and assisting in projects of all sizes. Drawing from your strong financial background, you will work with a diverse team to manage projects from concept to implementation and keep stakeholders informed as you go. You get down into the details of complex analyses without losing sight of the overall objective.

As a Finance Transformation Lead, you will shape and execute on a transformation that has high impact on the business and its overall processes. Your accounting, finance and SAP subject matter expertise will be essential to making sure future accounting processes and systems meet international needs. In this role, you will identify integration points across workstreams, provide expertise on business process specifics and support the cost management and inventory control functions.

Essential Duties

· Consider the big picture, assess current state, and serve as a business process expert recommending and providing solutions to drive process optimization and system efficiencies.

· Utilize SAP and business knowledge to reengineer / redesign business processes based on SAP capabilities, industry standards and global best practices.

· Work closely with finance team and PMO to drive transformation and other change management processes.

· Strategize and collaborate with project managers and business leads to ensure effective decision making.

Position Requirements

· Bachelor's degree and 10 years of equivalent practical accounting and finance experience.

· CPA is preferred.

· Public accounting experience is a huge plus, including exposure to financial statement audit, audit strategy, technical accounting, and acquisition due diligence.

· Industry experience in oil and gas, manufacturing or industrial services is highly desired.

· Proven experience in Finance, Cost Management, Fixed Assets and Inventory Control.

· End user experience and comfortability with SAP is critical.

· Ability to partner cross-functionally with other business functions intersecting with corporate finance.

· Ability to collaborate internally and externally in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Excellent leadership, personal and communication skills.

Travel Requirements: As needed to meet service-level requirements and for required business meetings.

Salary range $75-100/hr W2. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
