Job Summary:

Graduate Placements Administration - 80%

  • Collaborate with Graduate Program Directors regarding student placement needs as required for their program of study.

  • Schedule planning meetings with the Graduate Program Directors

  • Draft, review, and send communications to partner agencies and students.

  • Enters data into proprietary software programs to ensure accurate and consistent information for reporting purposes.

  • Multi-tasking and prioritizing work assignments to consistently provide high quality customer service to students, partner agencies, and internal personnel.

  • Ensure timely communication with students, partner agencies and internal personnel.

  • Assist with creating and revising workflow documents as needed.

  • Dependable, consistent productivity.

  • Strong interpersonal communication and interactions.

  • High level of accountability.

Data Coordination - 15%

  • Enters data into clinical placement software program.

  • Enter student placement data into scheduling database.

  • Audits data within scheduling software programs and clinical placement software programs to ensure accuracy and notifies appropriate individuals to resolve any data errors/inconsistencies.

  • Provides requested reports in a timely manner.

  • Data management development with additional platform database management required by outside clinical affiliating agencies.

Compliance Support - 5%

  • Supports student regulatory compliance required for clinical rotations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Three years of experience in an occupational field related to the work assigned to the position.

  • Substitution: Appropriate education will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.

Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous complex scheduling within an educational setting.

  • Experience working with students and faculty in an educational environment.

  • Experience scheduling, coordinating, and providing support for small- and large-scale meetings and special events.

  • Experience working in a liaison or main point of contact role answering questions and providing information and support.

  • Experience with managing competing priorities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficient with Microsoft programs.

  • Proficient with database software program.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Clear and concise communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office for scheduling, email, data management and correspondence.

The starting salary range () for this position has been established as $4,154 to $4,818.80 monthly ($49,848 to $57,825.60 annually). The above salary range () represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
