The Goizueta Business School is searching for a Senior Director, Operations to support all operational activities for the Graduate Career Management Center (CMC).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Responsible for all operational activities for the Graduate Career Management Center including office operations, student onboarding, event planning, student communication, systems management, and vendor contracts and management.

  • Works closely with the directors of the Full Time MBA CMC, Working Professionals CMC, Specialized Masters, and Employer Relations to establish needs, co-manage office projects, and deliver on activities.

  • Serves as primary administrator and super-user for Career Services Management (CSM) system including site settings configuration management, developing, and communicating standard operating procedures, maintaining knowledge of system updates, and training staff and students.

  • Hires, supervises, trains, and evaluates small team of full-time staff with responsibility for reporting/analytics and office management.

  • Has accountability for all Graduate CMC data and surveys for rankings publications, student feedback, coaching engagement, employment opportunities, etc.

  • Develops surveys, captures key metrics, employment statistics, and data analysis for all student populations.

  • Oversees the production of the Goizueta annual employment reports and other marketing materials.

  • Acts as a liaison with all Program Offices and other functions within the business school to coordinate calendars, events activities, student schedules, communications, and event planning, and provide employment data, as needed.

  • Manages student on-boarding, orientation/ pre-class events, communications to students and relevant school areas.

  • Negotiates, maintains, and assesses vendor relationships and contracts, and oversees the scheduling for all vendor workshops and programs.

  • Provides monthly reporting and oversight of CMC budget and assists Associate Dean with budget forecasting.

  • Ensures web presence is accurate and updated for Graduate CMC.

  • Serves as the point of contact for Goizueta IT and facilities issues, upgrades, and services in the CMC.

  • Handles reciprocity agreements and arrangements with other business schools.

  • Performs related responsibilities as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field and five years of related business or higher education experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

  • Experience in a lead or supervisory role.

  • Experience with recruitment systems such as 12 Twenty and/or Handshake, and content management systems such as Blackboard or Canvas is preferred.

NOTE: Position tasks are generally required to be performed in-person at an Emory University location. Remote work from home day options may be granted at department discretion. Emory reserves the right to change remote work status with notice to employee.
