Introduction:

Artera is dedicated to leveraging digital technology to improve our work environment and boost employee productivity. We are looking for a Digital Workplace Specialist to implement and optimize digital tools and platforms, ensuring a seamless and efficient workplace. This role requires collaboration with IT, HR, and operational teams to ensure our digital workplace aligns with our business goals while enhancing employee engagement and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital workplace strategies that support organizational objectives and enhance employee experience.

  • Administer and optimize digital tools and platforms, including intranet sites, collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams or Slack, and communication tools.

  • Lead Intune deployment and management, ensuring robust penetration of the platform for optimal device and application management.

  • Oversee mobility management initiatives, including zero usage monitoring and management to ensure efficient resource utilization.

  • Manage patching and vulnerability management processes to maintain security and compliance across all digital platforms.

  • Track and manage IT assets to ensure accurate inventory control and lifecycle management.

  • Work closely with IT to ensure seamless integration of workplace technologies and system compatibility.

  • Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement within the digital workplace.

  • Provide training and support to employees on new tools and platforms, ensuring high adoption and efficient use.

  • Develop best practices for digital collaboration and work processes to boost productivity and satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with departments to facilitate digital transformation initiatives, ensuring tools meet the diverse needs of the organization.

  • Resolve challenges faced by employees in using digital technologies, serving as the primary liaison between staff and technical support teams.

  • Manage digital workplace projects, including timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.

  • Analyze the effectiveness of digital tools through feedback and usage metrics, making recommendations for improvements or additional needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience in managing and implementing digital workplace technologies, including significant experience with Microsoft Intune and mobility management.

  • Deep understanding of the latest digital collaboration tools and platforms.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and managing multiple stakeholder expectations.

  • Experience in training and user support for digital tools and systems.

  • Knowledge of patching and vulnerability management processes.

  • Familiarity with asset tracking and IT inventory management.

  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.

  • Familiarity with change management processes as they relate to the introduction of new technologies in the workplace.
