Description

Allegient Defense provides technically oriented services from program management to advanced systems integration and engineering. We support Government and prime system integrators with engineering and management expertise. Allegient Defense helps clients with challenging Science & Technology, Engineering Acquisition, and Program Management Mission requirements. We are currently in search of a Program Analyst to support one of our Government clients.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience in tracking availability and use of funds and review financial documents and plans for impact on program objectives and requirements. This may include, but is not limited to, program specific financial issues related to deficiencies, excesses, trends and imbalances that directly impact execution benchmarks.

  • Experience responding to Data Calls which includes, but is not limited to requests for information from multiple sources concerning technical, programmatic, and financial aspects of programs.

  • Current SECRET Clearance or the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance prior to award.

    Educational Requirement:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 6 years of experience with Government financial and budget cycles and/or administrative and business support or A High School degree with a minimum of 9 years of experience with Government financial and budget cycles and/or administrative and business support.

Desired Additional Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with Navy ERP or similar DOD accounting software.

  • Developing & reviewing technical & complex financial briefs to answer data inquiries from internal & external stakeholders.

  • Experienced in engaging with senior military & civilian officials (SES, flag officers, department heads, MILDEPs, etc.).

  • Excellent written/verbal communication and editing/proofreading of written material/briefings.

  • Financial management of high visibility programs > $20M.

  • Facilitating/actively participating in collaboration on S&T and financial-related issues between ONR Portfolio Councils, OPNAV and PEO/PMA offices.

  • Familiarity with FNC/INP program lifecycles, to include proposal/selection/transition phases.

  • Familiarity with Basic and Applied Research (BAR) programs including OSD University Research Initiatives (URI) programs.

  • Experience in Earned Value Management (EVM) and/or other cost analysis.

  • Familiarity with Technology Readiness Level (TRL), Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL), Integrated Readiness Level (IRL) and/or acquisition experience.

  • Possess excellent computer skills (highly desirable), with particular emphasis on PowerPoint and associated graphics and presentation development software.
