Ducommun Stager - Weekend Shift in Appleton, Wisconsin
Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 6am-6pm. Work 36 hours, get paid for 40!

Stager
The Stager loads electronic components into feeders and helps set up equipment that is used for placing small electronic components on circuit boards. This person will have a strong attention to detail and have the ability to finely manipulate electronic components and it's packaging with the use of tools such as a tweezers.

Job Summary
The Stager is responsible for preparing materials for production and helping set up and change over the production lines. Additional responsibilities include:
Load and assist with setup and staging of product on the SMT lines.
Perform setup and tear down on all feeders for all pick and place machines
Assist the operator in setting up and running all pick and place machines
Perform manual placement of SMT and PIH components
Perform other assignments as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
Ability to read and understand load plans
Ability to read and understand production drawings
Basic component identification skills
Ability to build electronic assemblies
Required Experience/Education/Training/Certifications:
High school diploma required; college education or business school preferred
U.S. Person authorization to meet ITAR / EAR requirements
