As an External P&L Plan Analyst, you will be a key member of our Clinical Supply Chain (CSC) organization within Therapeutics Development & Supply. CSC is responsible for managing global clinical supplies for the Janssen Research & Development portfolio and the Global Medical Affairs portfolio. With a global network spanning multiple countries, we ensure the timely delivery of supplies to over 60,000 patients participating in more than 330 clinical trials annually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide the External P&L production plan to our P&L Vendors and represent CSC Planning in the P&L Vendor S&OP meetings. Then feed P&L Vendor S&OP output into our CSC cS&OP process, providing transparency on risks and opportunities.

  • Maintain a feasible Master Production Schedule (MPS) for every P&L Vendor Site, taking into account Vendor capacity constraints and the priorities of the Janssen R&D portfolio.

  • Plan and ship packaging components to the P&L Vendor, ensuring execution and on-time delivery of P&L orders.

  • Communicate proactively and collaboratively with the P&L Planning Cell and External Partnership Project Managers to resolve issues and meet delivery targets.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Equivalent experience is highly valued, preferably with a Master's degree or a minimum of a Bachelor's degree.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • At least 6 years of business-related experience with a minimum of 4 years of planning experience.

  • Proficiency in complex planning tools and a solid understanding of ERP systems (SAP & OMP preferred).

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.

  • Adaptability to evolving organizational structures and dynamics.

  • Focused on achieving goals by continuously improving and thinking innovatively.

  • Strong decision-making abilities and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse business partners.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a pharma environment (GxP).

  • APICS/Lean certification is a plus.

Other:

  • This position may require up to 10% domestic and international travel.
