Robert Half is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our client's team as a Customer Service Representative. As the primary point of contact for their clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships. Located in the heart of Anaheim, this position will be contract to hire.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

• Provide accurate information about services, products, and projects to potential and existing clients.

• Assist clients with scheduling appointments, service requests, and project consultations.

• Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, project management, and operations, to coordinate customer requests and ensure smooth project execution.

• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using our CRM system.

• Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on our services.

• Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, processing orders, and managing customer accounts.

  Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the construction industry.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information and requests.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.

• Knowledge of construction terminology and processes is a plus.
