Commercial Program Manager Surgical Technologies & Orthopaedic Instruments

This role will drive business growth for ST and OI by strategically expanding and developing new sales channels, leading strategic commercial projects, and spearheading initiatives focused on non-power brands within the organization.

What you will do:

  • Strategic Sales Channel Expansion: Lead the development and expansion of strategic sales channels for ST and OI, identifying new opportunities for growth and maximizing revenue potential.

  • Executive Commercial Projects: Take charge of executive-level commercial projects, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to drive initiatives forward and achieve strategic objectives.

  • Strategic Program Leadership: Oversee strategic programs aimed at enhancing market penetration and profitability.

  • Business Growth: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships and alliances to drive revenue growth and market share.

  • Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct thorough market analysis and research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing and Finance to align commercial strategies with overall business objectives.

  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics, track sales performance, and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to foster loyalty, drive customer satisfaction, and facilitate long-term business partnerships.

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English is required.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets and objectives.

  • Proven track record of success in Sales or Marketing preferably within the Medical Device industry.

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategy execution.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Territory: Europe, with regular travel to Amsterdam

Based location: Any main European Stryker location, including Diegem, Rome, Madrid, Newbury

Travel percentage: 50%
