We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist based in Almaty for a maternity leave cover position.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.

• Providing high-level service to both internal and external customers to reach maximum customer satisfaction levels,

• Handling customer requests through e-commerce and e-mails,

• Working with E-deliveries (SNT) and E-invoices (ESF) on the government portal,

• Creating orders in SAP and planning deliveries in collaboration with the sales team,

• Communicating regularly with the sales team and fulfillment team to improve delivery and stock performance,

• Managing data quality in SAP,

• Improvement of sales processes (order management; delivery; invoicing etc.).

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Logistics, or a similar technical field,

• 1-2 years experience in a similar position,

• Solid Russian, English is a must (at least intermediate level), Kazakh is a big plus,

• Experience in SAP is a plus,

• A good team player with a customer-focused mindset,

• Ability to influence others with excellent communication skills,

• Meets the deadline on time,

• Proficient in MS Office applications.
