Ansible Government Solutions Pharmacist (Outpatient) in Albuquerque, New Mexico
Overview
Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is seeking full time Pharmacists (Outpatient) to work with us in support of Sandia National Laboratories located at 1515 Eubank Blvd SE, Albuquerque, NM 87123. Services will be delivered to all requesting departments throughout the facility on a range of shift schedules. If you accept employment with Ansible, you must also acknowledge that any assigned schedule is subject to change at the direction of either Ansible or its customers. Responsibilities
Provide professional support of an Occupational Medicine Clinic, which includes an acute care clinic, emergency medical services, occupational medicine, disease management and international travel medicine.
The pharmacist must be responsible for maintaining Clinic Pharmacy Services including maintenance of pharmacy policy and procedure documents to include medication management and review of chronic disease medication treatment guidelines
Helping the clinic maintain onsite licenses and certifications for state licensures
Perform chart and quality reviews regarding documentation of medications given to meet the state requirements
Analyze information and communicate results to the medical staff
Provide support to clinician with prescription renewals and consultations to patients.
Additionally, the opportunity exists for the clinical pharmacist to participate in patient care via medication management at group medical visits and maintaining an appointment schedule to address individual polypharmacy and medication compliance and/or chronic disease patient care services.
The pharmacist shall be available daily, Monday through Friday and on-site during operational hours.
The pharmacist shall adhere to and execute the department's operating procedures.
Requirements
5+ years of related experience
Must have a current licensure as issued by the New Mexico Board of Pharmacy
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.)
Board certification or meets the eligibility criteria specified by the Board of Pharmacy Specialties and ability to obtain board certification within 6 months of start date.
All candidates must be able to:
Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
Lift up to 20 lbs
Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
