Hyatt Executive Sous Chef - Continental in AHMEDABAD, India

Description:

Responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting guest expectations. The Executive Sous Chef monitors Continentaloperations & brand standard in the hotel.

Qualifications:

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 1-2 years work experience as Executive Sous Chef orMinimum 3-4 years work experience as Sous Chef in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
