Malin's Billing Coordinators are the backbone of our administrative support processes. As an extension of our field operations, Billing Coordinators are highly self-motivated individuals that interact with all facets of the business. The successful person in this role will be personable, solution driven and methodical in their work and have a high level of attention to detail. If you have the passion for problem solving and are motivated to learn new things this may be a match for you. We are looking for career-minded professionals that can carry out Malin's values.
- Manage SAP billing
- Research and Code vendor invoices
- Research billing errors / issues
- Back-up for Rental Coordination
- Up-dating forklift specs from iParts to Irium Database
