The Cary Company Sales Support Specialist in Addison, Illinois

The Cary Company is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. As a crucial part of our sales department, you will provide valuable support to our sales managers, engaging with existing and prospective customers to ensure a smooth sales process. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Provide essential sales data and follow-ups to both existing and prospective customers.

  • Management Collaboration: Assist the Sales Managers & Sales Directors with various projects and duties, contributing to strategic planning and execution.

  • Innovation: Use your creativity and innovation to develop and improve sales processes and procedures.

  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining professionalism and a positive demeanor in all interactions.

  • Meeting Participation: Actively participate in sales meetings, contributing ideas and feedback to the team.

  • Problem Solving: Address and solve customer inquiries creatively and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    Requirements:

  • Multitasking Ability: Proven capability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Communication and Follow-up: Strong communication skills with meticulous follow-up abilities. Attention to detail is a must.
