CACI is seeking a Facilities Analyst Administrator to support our client C5ISR HQ and subordinate Directorates. The individual will work on a government site at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD with the customer and associated contractors as part of the C5ISR Center Facilities and Property Branch.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Conduct information gathering necessary to assist in the development of Facilities and Property policies, procedures, guidelines, and strategies for the Facilities and Property Offices, determining that all compatibilities are within applicable regulations and policies.

  • Develop, modify, and maintain clear and concise policies, guidelines, memorandums, and other Army correspondence for the Facilities and Property Teams

  • Analyzing and interpreting data to develop metrics, information dashboards, briefings, and other means of communicating with leadership and customers.

  • Serves as a Content Manager for the Facilities and Property Offices, and ensures that recordkeeping requirements are considered in the development and storage of all new, existing, or modified documentation

  • Provide direct administrative support to senior levels of government leadership (up to Director level).

  • Enable collaboration and knowledge sharing within the Organization through the design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint sites for the Facilities and Property Offices.

  • Create inventory or accountability systems

  • Administer and manage general administrative services

  • Provide executive-level meeting and conference management.​

More About the Role:

You will work with the Branch Chief to interpret higher authority directives, regulations, and guidelines for applications within the Center.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • An Active DOD Secret Clearance.

  • A BS Degree with three years of experience or AA Degree or Two two-year tech school with five years of experience or an HS/GED with 10 years of experience

  • Knowledge of Army recordkeeping systems and other information management programs and regulations

  • Experience with SharePoint site design, development, and maintenance

  • Knowledge of Army requirements for creating and formatting Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Memorandum for Record (MFR), and other clear, concise policies, guidelines, processes, and correspondence.

  • Experience in providing direct administrative support to senior levels of government leadership (up to Director level).

  • Executive-level meeting and conference management experience

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$61,600 - 129,300 USD
