Description

We are in search of an Attorney/Lawyer for a contract to hire employment opportunity. Your role will primarily involve the management of legal cases, the use of case management software, handling customer complaints, and maintaining legal documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of legal cases from inception to resolution.

• Utilize case management software to ensure efficient and accurate handling of cases.

• Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

• Maintain accurate legal documentation and ensure it is updated regularly.

• Use LexisNexis and other legal software tools to conduct research and analysis.

• Develop and implement efficient management systems for better workflow.

• Conduct briefings to update the team on case progress and legal changes.

• Handle civil litigation and claim administration tasks.

• Ensure all legal actions follow the highest ethical standards and comply with existing laws and regulations.

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient case handling.

Requirements

• Possession of a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

• Admission to the DE state Bar

• Proficiency in legal research tools such as LexisNexis

• Familiarity with legal software and case management systems

• Experience with 3M for case tracking and management

• Expertise in civil litigation and claim administration

• Strong skills in complaint handling and documentation

• Ability to draft and review legal briefs

• Proven track record in effectively managing various legal cases

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity.
