JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Program and troubleshoot Zeiss CMM"s, vision system, and data acquisition hardware/software.
Audit manufacturing and quality system processes against documented procedures.
Audit the effectiveness of new employee training.
Audit effectiveness of corrective actions.
Audit dimensional and visual characteristics of finished parts, WIP and raw material.
Write NCR"s and segregate material as needed.
Analyze control chart data.
Report out and make recommendations for corrective action.
Assist with the PPAP"s.
Prepare capability studies, summary statistics, and other charts and tables as
needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or Higher
3+ years of direct quality control experience in an ISO-9001, IATF-16949 or similar including PPAP"s,
dimensional layouts, SPC data analysis
*3+ years of direct experience with quality system audits and document control.
- Direct experience with the use and programming of automated measuring devices such as CMM, video-
based measurement systems, or similar technologies.
Quality Systems Auditor, CQT, Green Belt, or similar Certificate required
Must have a formal computer or technical training
