  • Proactively report and address areas of potential non-compliance to ensure that we can sufficiently respond to any embarkation risks.

  • Develop and implement a systematic audit program to regularly assess the compliance status of crew documentation, both with regard to embarkation readiness and for crew members already onboard.

  • Work with Flag States (UK and Bermuda) to ensure our approach to compliance, documentation handling and any associated changes are correctly governed and implemented fleetwide.

  • Manage a small team of Crew Compliance Consultants including the development and growth of direct reports. Providing leadership and support to movtivate the team to deliver the best crew experience possible.

Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK07 and is offered on a full-time permanent basis, with hybrid working in our Southampton office (min. of 3 days per week office-based).
