This role partners with APAC field marketing and global demand marketing functions to effectively extend and execute localized and locally sourced marketing campaign to drive demand creation in mainland China. This role works closely with the APAC Field Execution team members and pods to track, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance and to consolidate plans and feedback to global marketing functions.

Leading a team of digital marketers who will provide our customers in China with a best possible journey on digital and non-digital campaign execution.

Optimize the demand waterfall to drive inbound organic conversation on the customer buying journey.

Be the demand engine for Siemens future business model in the SaaS era.

On-Job Role & Responsibilities

  1. Build clear strategy for WeChat marketing. Effectively operate WeChat account for DI SW inclusive of EDA to drive organic growth on account follower #

  2. Enable and operate WeChat platform as the local always-on platform in China to engage our target customers to drive interactions.

  3. Enable and operate social acquisition on paid channels to drive inquiry and marketing demand performance.

  4. Effectively execute engagement nurture campaigns through Eloqua.

  5. Manage cross-team service-level agreement deliverables to ensure campaigns execute on time.

  6. Analyze Zone/Industry and Local Industry/Campaign performance and forecasts. Work with field marketers and suggest improvement plans or ideas with data insights to improve demand generation performance on digital channels.

  7. Manage the budget forecast and its accuracy.

  8. Select, enable and activate local vendors to provide high quality service.

Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Understand Forrester B2B Revenue Waterfall. Fluent in demand generation performance management in a B2B environment.

  • Deep understanding of China social environment and customer experience

  • Sophisticated in ability to leverage different digital channels to drive customer engagement.

  • Highly collaborative, self-motivated, inquisitive, and persistent

  • Fluent in English in communication and presentation

  • Hands-on working style

Education and Experience Requirement:

  • Undergraduate Marketing or related Degree

  • Proven marketing experience in the B2B software industry, specific domain experience is preferred

  • At least 2 years of management or equivalent experience

  • At least 10+ years of digital marketing experience

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

  • Percentage of travel: 10-15%
