A multi-office law firm in Seattle is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team, working on a variety of defense matters for commercial clients.

The salary range offered for this position is 80-100k DOE with additional bonus earnings, medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 18 days PTO accrued annually, 401k with company match, transportation subsidy and additional perks including up to 2 days work-from-home flexibility.

Responsibilities include:

• Select, implement and maintain appropriate systems for collecting and organizing case materials.

• Review and analyze case materials, including correspondence, pleadings and other case documents and records; undertake all aspects of evidence management.

• Draft and prepare a variety of legal documents, correspondence, chronologies and indices.

• Prepare and oversee the preparation of exhibits and witness files for depositions, arbitration, mediation and trial.

• Interact with clients, experts and other parties to obtain and provide information.

• Establish and maintain database (document and discovery) structure and criteria, if appropriate.

• Use timekeeper software to appropriately bill for all time worked.

  Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in Washington

• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents

• Relativity or other e-discovery experience strongly preferred

• Experience with trial prep, witness prep and creating trial exhibits

• Research using Westlaw and/or LexisNexis
