ARAMARK National Account Director - Salute Hospitality in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

The National Account Director for Salute is responsible for the day-to-day operations in conjunction with the on-site General Managers for military installations around the United States.

They will:

  • Manage and guide the activities of their management team

  • Set the strategic/tactical direction for each account

  • Develop and implement national account strategies for increasing sales and profits through national customers

  • Create, build and maintain positive business relationships with Aramark's current and prospective customers

  • Grow existing annual customer revenues by 20-30% by adding new products and services, adding new locations and price increases.

  • Travel will be necessary (80%).

This individual will be charged with the overall account development, including proposals for expansion to sites served and services provided. Responsible to manage both client and Aramark budgets.

Qualifications

In order to be prepared for this leadership role, qualified candidates will possess:

  • Candidate should have at least 8 years experience of military experience

  • Proven leadership experience, typically acquired over 5-10 years, including P&L responsibility within the hospitality, retail, facilities, direct store delivery or food and beverage industries.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a broad knowledge of management practices, business judgement and client/consumer interaction.

  • Confirmed ability to hire, assess, develop and grow hard-working talent.

  • Comfortable reading, understanding, and implementing contractual requirements, including identifying opportunities within contract terms and conditions to address operational issues.

  • Established communication and teamwork skills to work with all levels on the organization from the front line associate through leadership.

  • Excellent financial and business understanding a must.

  • Bachelor?s degree is generally required to be successful; advanced degree in business or related field is preferred.
