Robert Half Employment Litigation Attorney in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Description

We are looking for an experienced Attorney/Lawyer to join our law firm team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will primarily focus on employment litigation. This role includes a diverse range of duties such as managing cases from start to trial, handling legal writing, and procedural knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate expertise in Employment Litigation (non-union) for employers.

• Show proven success in state and federal courts.

• Manage cases from start to trial, demonstrating exceptional legal writing and procedural knowledge.

• Handle diverse caseloads, offering continuous learning and engagement opportunities.

• Contribute to a collaborative environment with outstanding organizational skills.

• Show proficiency in using various legal software such as 3M, Case Management Software, LexisNexis, and others.

• Exhibit skills in Civil Litigation, Claim Administration, Complaint Handling, and Documentation.

• Show thorough knowledge and experience in Employment Law and Employment Litigation.

• PA Bar Admission plus one other state: NJ, NY, or FL.

Requirements • Must possess a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience practicing as an attorney/lawyer.

• Should be proficient with 3M, Case Management Software, Legal software, and LexisNexis.

• Experience with Management Systems is necessary.

• Must have strong briefing skills.

• Should have substantial experience in Civil Litigation and Claim Administration.

• Proficiency in handling complaints and documentation is required.

• Should have a deep understanding of Employment Law and Employment Litigation.

• Must have Bar Admission in the relevant state or jurisdiction.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are crucial.

• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Should have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Must possess strong ethical and professional standards.
