Norhart Experienced Flooring Installer - LVP in Oakdale, Minnesota

Pay scale:
A) Journeyman - $38.00/hr.
B) Apprentice 4 - $34.00/hr.
C) Apprentice 3 - $29.00/hr.
D) Apprentice 2 - $26.00/hr.
E) Apprentice 1 - $23.00/hr.
Responsibilities:
Installation of various flooring materials, including carpet, hardwood, LVP, vinyl, and tile.
Ensuring surfaces are clean, level, and suitable for new flooring installations.
Assist in the loading and unloading of flooring materials, tools, and equipment.
Measure and cut flooring materials accurately to fit designated spaces under the guidance of senior team members.
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols, maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment.
Be open to learning and training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge of the flooring trade.
Work effectively with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to client specifications.
Keep work areas organized and clean before, during, and after installations.
Requirements
Experience with tiling and/or flooring installation.
2+ years of LVP installation
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
Carpentry skills with a focus on precision and quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of safety protocols and practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
