Lowe's Flex Space Analyst in Mooresville, North Carolina

Job Summary

The primary purpose of this role is to manage execution of Off Shelf Merchandising Space strategies. This role includes responsibility for ensuring accurate and complete program detail is entered into Lowe's promotional systems, ensure display guidelines for Off Shelf space are followed by vendors, and that the in-market execution matches the original promotional plan's intent.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates the selection of flex space cross merchandising programs that align with enterprise objectives and the Sales and Operations Plan.

• Ensures all deadlines for promotional detail entry are achieved according to the process calendar and space requirement cadence.

• Prepares quantitative financial metrics for inclusion in business case evaluation.

• Attend cross-functional meetings with key partners (i.e. Merchandising Project Management and Merchans) to ensure all promotional detail has been collected, entered correctly, and accurately reflects the promotions original intent.

• Supports multiple Merchandise Divisions and works with various cross-functional partners (primarily Merchandising and Inventory) to collect information needed to execute promotions.

• Work with Off Shelf Directors to ensure all promotions and updates are approved prior to entering into Lowe's promotional systems.

• Measures and analyzes prior program performance to provide insights to internal Cross Merchandising/Flex and Localization team as well as key business partners.

• Participates in planning, strategy, and direction for quarterly sidestack, j hook and shadow box programs to ensure consistency with the business goals.

• Works with MST team at Lowe's Design Center to ensure quarterly sets are set according to the award plan, evaluated for sidestack guideline requirements and set for leadership walks in Store 6100 at the LDC.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 6 years Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • 2 years Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
