Job Title: Operations Officer

Pay: $26

Hours of operation: 8:00 am to 5:00PM

Contract Length: 6 months

Start date: 6/3/2024

Main Responsbilities

• Creation of the Shareholder Register on launch of a new fund

• Investor closing – collection of investor subscription documents

• Updating the shareholder register with the closing/transfers/ exit

• AML tracker reconciliation

• AML/KYC Blocked Account Process

• Reconciliation between systems

• Notices Approval

• Cash monitoring tool process

  Must-haves

• 6+ months experience working for a fund administrator ( Ideally within the transfer agency team / transfer agent role)

• Strong Excel Skills

• Strong Communication skills (Verbal & Written
