This is a high visibility, highly impactful role that provides support for critical regulatory initiatives. The requirements and responsibilities for all aspects of the role include (but are not limited to) leading the resolution of Data Quality Issues (IMRs) for Finance/Risk interfacing with the businesses.

The main responsibilities will be the End to End management of Data Quality errors, working with the sectors and Finance/Risk partners to determine root cause, requirements, resolution, and validation.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Prioritization of IMRs based on the Business Data quality reports and priority of the IMRs

  • Effectively manage Ad hoc requests, upcoming projects, status preparation and communications for deliverables

  • Ensure that timely and accurate updates are made to each IMR under management

  • Ensure that the system impact for any related systems are taken into effect in the change management process prior to implementation

  • Strategically define the vision for the Global IMR process. Proactively advances integrated global IMR vision, concepts and use of information technology

  • Use of influence skills and matrix management skills in order to ensure IMR solutions meet business requirements

  • Activities include logging/documenting as required to meet Regulator needs and be audit ready


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the Financial Services Industry & products, preferably engaged with technology team

  • Minimum of 5 years experience with Finance, Risk, Technology

  • At least 10 years total work experience

  • Familiarity with Finance & Risk systems (internal candidates such as Genesis, DAP, SMART, Full Suite)
