Description

Our client is a leading provider of talent and crew payroll services with a legacy spanning over 63 years. They prioritize their clients and employees, ensuring personalized service and maintaining a tradition of accuracy, reliability, and exceptional client care.

Responsibilities:

-Coordinate jobs and managing the workflow of jobs throughout the life cycle of the work.

-Ensure client deadlines are being met.

-Manage documents, required forms and contracts for all jobs in software ensuring accurate job paperwork at completion.

• Client and Union Interaction: Collaborate with clients and unions to provide accurate estimates for job payroll, ensuring compliance with union contract rates.

• Knowledge of Union Contracts: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of union contract rates and specifications to facilitate accurate payroll estimations.

• Invoice and Timesheet Processing: Timely and accurate processing of job invoices and timesheets for seamless payroll processing.

• Payment Tracking: Monitor payments and payroll processing dates to ensure timely and accurate employee payments.

• Employee Data Entry: Enter employee information related to new jobs accurately into the payroll system.

Requirements

Qualifications:

-Experience managing teams.

• Proven experience in billing, payroll, or a related field.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

• Knowledge of union contracts and payroll procedures preferred.

• Proficiency in using relevant software or systems for invoicing and data entry.

• Effective communication skills for interactions with clients, unions, and internal team members.
