About the Role
Duty Manager (Assistant Manager)
Responsibilities:
Supervise and oversee all operational aspects of the Front Office department.
Serve as the responsible leader for Front Office operations.
Manage and monitor daily operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, guest interactions, and night shifts.
Foster teamwork and collaboration within the Front Office team.
Ensure adherence to Hyatt brand standards and corporate strategies.
Connect with guests to provide exceptional service and enhance their experience.
Position Details:
Title: Duty Manager (Assistant Manager)
Employment Type: Full-time (with a 3-month probationary period)
Location: Kyoto, Japan (Higashiyama district)
Salary: Competitive (based on experience)

Qualifications:
Strong teamwork skills.
