レストランマネージャーをサポートしながら、業務運営・管理およびスタッフ指導・管理等、マネージャーになるための経験を積んで頂きます。

業務範囲

• レストランホールサービス全般（テーブルセッティング、ご案内、オーダーテイク、料理・飲み物のサービス、片付けなど）

• レストラン運営のサポート（在庫、コスト、顧客データ等）

• スタッフ指導・トレーニング、業務確認等

• レストランサービスの経験者

• リーダーシップのある方

• 前向きに積極的に行動に移せる方

• 強い責任感を持ち、ホスピタリティにあふれる方

• ホテル経験ある方歓迎

• 英会話力のある方歓迎

待遇その他

• 月額給与：250,000～357,000円　※ご経験・スキル等により応相談

• 賞与：あり。支給は会社業績および個人の勤務成績に基づく。

• 手当：通勤補助費(上限あり)、時間外手当(残業、深夜等)

• 保険各種：社会保険(健康保険、厚生年金)、雇用保険、労働災害保険加入

• 勤務時間：1ヶ月単位の変形労働制、所定労働時間7.75時間(日平均)

• 休日：110日(年間)、リフレッシュ休暇4日、有給休暇(初年度10日)
