Parsons Corporation Stakeholder Manager (Saudi National) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Job Description:

Position Overview:

The Stakeholder Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering effective relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders involved in a Large-scale Infrastructure Construction and will be responsible for managing communications, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment between project objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy to identify, prioritize, and manage key stakeholders throughout all phases of the project.

  • Proactively engage with government agencies, local communities and other relevant stakeholders.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

  • Collaborate closely with project management teams to highlight stakeholder perspectives into decision-making processes and project planning.

  • Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and events to solicit input, provide updates, and foster collaboration.

  • Work closely with communications and public relations teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all stakeholder interactions.

  • Maintain thorough documentation of stakeholder engagements, including meeting minutes, correspondence, and feedback, to support project reporting and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in stakeholder management, community relations, government relations, with a proven track record of success in complex construction projects with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in GCC (KSA ideally)

  • Fluency in written and verbal communication (English and Arabic)

  • Must have knowledge and experience in dealing with the approval process for construction projects with the specific statutory authority/stakeholder in KSA.

  • Extensive knowledge of stakeholder engagement principles, methodologies, and tools, with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective strategies.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence outcomes
