TEKsystems Customer Support Representative (Start ASAP) in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

Healthcare-Customer Support Specialist

TEKsystems is currently partnering with a leading provider in medical equiptment distribution to hire onto their team in Harrisburg, PA.

In this role you'll enjoy:

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of prior call center experience

  • Ability to work well in a fast paced environment that requires multi-tasking

  • Knowledge and understanding of insurance eligibility, benefits and authorization process, preferred

  • Healthcare, medical, pharmaceutical or DME experience, preferred

A Day In The Role:

  • Receiving and processing telephone and fax requests from referral sources and patients.

  • Answering phones and waiting on walk-in customers in showroom in a timely and courteous manner.

  • Obtaining all pertinent intake information to enter orders accurately and efficiently in computer system.

  • Providing instructions on use of equipment, including safety issues, insurance coverage, delivery schedules and company billing practices.

  • Assisting with ensuring that all orders, deliveries, service and pickups are handled accurately.
