Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in IT

• Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)

• Office 365 Applications Support

• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory

Job Details:

• Configure, install, customize, maintain, test, and troubleshoot a variety of hardware systems with minimal direction

• Effective communication with end users

• Operational support of endpoint hardware, software, and peripherals

• Administration and user account management across multiple systems

• Patching and vulnerability remediation of endpoint systems

• Escalation support of the Service Desk and corresponding call center

• Leading IT projects to support and enhance IT infrastructure

Additional Details:

• Ability to perform work duties from office desk area for extended periods of time

• Ability to work nights, holidays, or weekends to meet the needs of the operation

• Must be capable of occasional work-related travel
