Corewell Health Senior Marketing Specialist Acquisition in Grand Rapids, Michigan

Job Summary

The Senior Marketing Specialist – Acquisition Marketing is responsible for leading the acquisition strategy and efforts to grow membership in the Priority Health Individual ACA (Affordable Care Act) Market. This role is strongly focused on year-round acquisition initiatives, including lead generation/nurturing, consumer direct paid digital media campaigns, and leading the content strategy for ACA acquisition messaging and materials.

This job is perfect for someone who has experience and proven success in:

  • Developing paid digital media strategies and integrated campaigns based on targeting, messaging and relevant channels

  • Fostering positive media agency relationships and interactions

  • Developing and managing consumer-direct acquisition campaigns (i.e. inbound marketing, win-back and direct mail outreach, targeted email initiatives) to drive membership

  • Writing and managing educational content for acquisition tactics

  • Developing, managing and executing lead generation/nurturing campaigns for key channels

  • Evaluating and analyzing metrics and dashboards to optimize acquisition campaign performance

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies to drive leads that convert to sales

  • Strong project management, communication and writing skills

  • Ability to develop and execute marketing tactics based on marketing and communications plans across channels, completed on-time and on-budget

  • Learn complex product and regulatory information and translate it to consumer-friendly materials

  • Develop a strong understanding of Individual (ACA) market, trends, and competitive landscape

  • Build relationships cross-functionally within the organization, and with outside agencies/vendors

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

  • 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or related role

  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills

Preferred

  • Experience structuring and monitoring marketing campaigns within CRM tool (i.e. Salesforce)

  • Working knowledge of project management software (i.e. Lytho)

  • Experience working with ad agencies

  • Knowledge and relevant experience with lead generation/nurturing
