Job Description:

Individuals will collect on accounts mostly from 15-20 days past due to start, and move into longer past dues. Most of the time they are calling members that forgot to pay, the automatic distribution didn't come out, or some other very simple answer.

*Eligible for monthly and quarterly incentive bonuses

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of customer service experience

• High School Diploma

Hours

• Monday/Tues 8-5 -

• Wed/Thur/Fri 9-6

• Every Other Sat 8-12
