A growing technology manufacturer in Edison has created a new opportunity for an Assistant Controller due to a recent acquisition. The Assistant Controller should have five plus years of experience in financial reporting with some exposure to consolidations. Any experience in handling the financial reporting for an international company would also be preferred.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparation of month end closings and financial statements.

• Prepare intercompany adjustments.

• Performing analysis of various budget variances.

• Maintain up-to-date financial schedules including company properties, fixed assets, and intercompany balances.

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial work papers, including company external audits.

• Track CAPEX and the spending of company foreign locations.

• Special projects as assigned.
