NCR Systems Management Software Support is a globally disbursed software support team, supporting market leading product sets predominantly focused, but not limited to the Financial sector. Our primary product, APTRA Vision, relies on legacy supporting products such as Gasper Vantage to provide market leading Incident Management and Dashboard capabilities as a fully inclusive management solution for customers such as ATM network switch providers, Banks, Credit Unions, and even expanding into the Travel and Entertainment sectors from a single solution. The life cycle of these solutions are now introducing new technologies, which will allow for the Sr. Software Support Analyst to grow in areas such as Big Data, Cloud based SaaS, among others.
In this key role, you will establish the customer relationship for support related requests, providing a single point of contact for management of the lifecycle of the incident. The role will also interface with the engineering team(s) to progress resolution of the customer reported incident(s), and at times pair with engineers to resolve the issues as needed. The Software Support Analyst will work in conjunction with the support team to provide training where applicable, and develop into a deep level product SME for the product sets they will support. You will play a key role in evangelizing customer reported software requests, with potential to drive new features and functionality into the supported products.

Areas of Responsibility: Offer input and gain knowledge as a subject matter expert on products, systems, and services Knowledgeable on assigned product solution(s) with specific knowledge on NCR’s APTRA Vision, Gasper Vantage, APTRA Exchange, and Cash Management product suites with the ability to investigate issues and very infrequently require assistance Basic knowledge on 3rd party products used within customer solutions such as SQL Server, Oracle, Microsoft Windows and Server OS, Linux OS, Networking to name a few Mentoring and assisting support peers in product and systems technical details, management of issues and all aspects of the respective role Work with product development.
Bilingual is a preferred.
