Global Construction and Infrastructure (GCI Paving) is looking for a talented and passionate Senior Sales Representative to join the Africa Middle East Paving team to cover the Middle East and to achieve PINS and Services growth.

In this role, you will manage assigned dealers' relationships to market Paving products and services and assist in the development of dealer sales capability.

What you will do :

• Designing and assisting dealers on the forecast, sales strategy planning, and sales techniques; supporting the rollout of new products.

• Performing regular sales performance reviews, Demand reviews with dealers, and ensuring implementation of corrective actions where needed.

• Acting within the business process guidance on review and approval for variance programs and commercial actions.

• Presenting products or services for stakeholders, ability to conduct product training, answering any customer questions, and addressing their needs.

Skills you have :

• Extensive experience in Communications skills, Relationship management and Customer focus - Fosters strong customer relationships via delivery on commitments, open communication, and on-going feedback/improvement.

• Extensive experience in Value selling: Ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needsExtensive experience in Decision Making and Critical thinking.

• Ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

• Knowledge of the industry trends and regulatory environment and business development techniques

• Ability to engage and negotiate with others to achieve win-win solutions

What will put ahead

• University degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering or equivalent experience required.

• 7+ years in previous commercial roles involving dealer and/or customer-facing interactions.

• Must come from a similar industry or construction.

• Fluent in English and Arabic (speaking and writing)

Top candidates will also have:

• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of Caterpillar Paving products and applications

• Strong drive and organizational capabilities

• Previous experience of working in a multinational company and matrix organization

Additional Information

• Travel: up to 50% in assigned territories

• No relocation package offered.

• Work location: Dubai office (flexible work arrangement - 3-day office policy)
