Maintenance Technician

PeopleReady of Coraopolis, PA is now hiring Maintenance Technicians! Performs Maintenance duties necessary to maintain the physical condition and appearance of the property that will enhance the value of the community utilizing company operating and safety standards. Ensures that service requests and repairs are made correctly in a timely manner.

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 - $22 / hour

What you'll be doing as a Maintenance Technician:

• Minor repairs on area like electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, painting, heating/air issues. Snow removal.

• On-call rotation (Wednesday-Wednesday) rotation.

• Schedules and assists with Daily operations. (service orders, repaints/re-carpets, apartment turnovers, etc.)

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: All Available

Job requirements:

• Minimum three years' high speed production experience preferred

• Familiarity with production machinery

• Able to read blueprints

• Possess strong computer and troubleshooting skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time

• Able to stoop, bend, and crouch, and to lift up to 50 pounds

• Driver Licenses 

• Must live no more than 30 mins away from property

• Background check required
