Responsible for the management, leadership, and coordination of all activities associated with revenue cycle systems and reports. Interacts with vendors, consultants and other departments to ensure efficient and effective use of the financial and revenue cycle systems. Provides direction to one or more Revenue Cycle support teams, as well as, project leadership as it relates to the various revenue cycle systems. Responsible for all the daily activities associated with the Systems/Reports area. Provides instruction and training of staff. Sets expectations, manages performance, rewards, coaches, provides feedback and performs yearly evaluations of each member of the team.Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business or Management ? Provides effective project coordination with vendors, consultants, staff, systems, and users, provides staff and resource project plan estimates. Provides accurate and timely individual and project status reports. Gathers updates of project status weekly and ensures timely resolution of project issues.
