We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization while effectively communicating with candidates in both English and [second language]. Your ability to engage with candidates fluently in both languages will be essential in building strong relationships and ensuring a positive recruitment experience for all candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies tailored to both English and Spanish speaking candidates.

• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract and engage bilingual candidates.

• Conduct initial screenings of candidates in both English and Spanish to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with bilingual candidates and hiring teams, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the process.

• Provide language support during interviews and assessments to ensure candidates' proficiency in both languages meets job requirements.

• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback in their preferred language.

• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed, verifying candidate credentials and employment history in both languages.

• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process for bilingual candidates, ensuring all documentation is accurately translated and completed.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases, documenting all communication and interactions in both languages.

• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to bilingual recruitment and employment.

  Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully filling positions while engaging with bilingual candidates.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing, screening, and selection techniques for bilingual candidates.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers.

• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy in both languages.

• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms, to engage bilingual candidates.
