Job title -Associate Director, Portfolio Marketing

About the Job

The Portfolio marketing Associate Director is responsible for developing and leading the execution of the portfolio marketing strategy who has the objective to develop a unique Sanofi Vaccines cross-brands identity, along with Account Management and Retail solutions teams, that authentically reflects Sanofi values and commitment to excellence. Serve as a key strategic resource for Sanofi Vaccines, fully understanding brand imperatives to execute vaccine portfolio strategy. This will include the creation of customer personas & customer journeys to enhance our customer centric focus and the development of our broad Portfolio Strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

• Developing Portfolio Solution and Value Based Content primarily focused on Field Facing Teams that engage with Targeted Health Systems and other Large Organized Customers

• Drive “above brands” strategic projects & communicate to our customers 

About You

• Required: minimum Bachelor’s degree, ideally Master’s Degree

• 5+ years relevant experience specific to development of Brand/Portfolio Strategy development and execution

• Position requires strong project management and analytical skills

• Marketing expertise – US Vaccine Marketplace preferred

Soft and technical skills:

• Strong critical and strategic thinking skills

• Proactive leadership skills and collaboration skills to establish strong networks. Strong project management and problem-solving skills

• Experience managing creative agencies and/or other third-party vendors

• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills with a strong attention to detail

• Experience influencing without direct authority

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional groups which may include Marketing, Sales, Research & Development, Medical Affairs, Business Development, Market Research, Public Affairs, Life Cycle Management, and Finance. Proven ability to partner across a matrixed organization including Public Affair, Medical, Market Access and Account Management
