West Virginia Employer Supplier Quality Analyst (Onsite) in Bridgeport, West Virginia

Summary This is a critical position responsible for delivering all aspects of the Supplier Quality Assurance function on an on-going basis in line with the Quality Management System and Quality Policy. This function ensure that the business products and services are fit for purpose and meet customer expectations emphasizing on defect prevention, reduction, turn time and quality standards. This will minimize quality costs and maximize customer satisfaction whilst ensuring that procedures and processes are adhered to. Key Responsibilities: Supplier Quality Analyst is responsible for conducting internal audits, assisting with the development and improvement of Quality procedures and process to ensure they meet both regulatory, ISO and customer requirements in addition to the following duties below. Supplier Management responsible for monitoring the performance of suppliers while identifying potential issues to improve quality and efficiency. In addition, manage the root cause analysis and corrective actions process of supplier quality issues and as required perform on-site supplier visits for root cause analysis and verification of corrective actions of supplier quality issues. Where appropriate work with the supplier directly, create corrective action plans to address process failures. Lead quality audits for suppliers as necessary to ensure compliance to PWES requirements.
