The Key account Manageris responsible for coordinating international projects within Global External Manufacturing.The focus will be on our Russian business partners and contract manufacturers.Additional responsibility will be on non-Russian business and projects (e.g.new product launches).
Operational Management of GPDO’s Russian Partners
Be the operational point of contact for Celgene’s key suppliers and partners.
Ensure that partners follow contractual terms.
Implement and coordinate annual performance reviews with partners.
Lead process improvement opportunities internally and with partners.
Support planning and forecasting for commercial orders.
Support launches of new products in the market.
Coordinate project activities between Celgene and our Russian partners.
Support contract negotiations with Celgene’s Russian partners.
Organize internal team meetings, create the agenda, and ensure activities are completed on time.
Work with sub-teams to ensure alignment of timing and objectives with the overall project goals.
Monthly reporting of project status and potential risks to management and stakeholders.
Maintain share point and documentation.
Track project spend versus budget.
Minimum 8 years of business experience, including management of business partners
Key-account-management experience in an international setting (ideally Pharmaceuticals)
Fluent in English & Russian is a must
Proven track record of accomplishments
Manage project budget and expenses
Understanding of supply contracts
Ability to lead cross-functional teams
Organization of team meetings and presentations
Ability to work effectively with groups in other geographical locations, especially Russia
Regular communication and reporting to management and stakeholders
Monitor suppliers’ performance and lead improvement activities
Process (i.e. work flow) analysis and improvement
Ability to coordinate project milestones and timelines
Good communication skills
Prepared and accurate
Ability to travel on business trips occasionally
