Description We are offering an opportunity for a Procurement Specialist to join our team in the education industry, located in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves managing procurement transactions and ensuring accuracy in purchase orders and vendor invoices. It also includes being the point of contact for any errors or changes in invoicing and missing information. This hybrid role requires a blend of on-site and remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement transactions in a timely and accurate manner

• Ensure the accuracy and timely updating of purchase orders

• Match vendor invoices to assist in check issuance

• Act as the primary point of contact for any errors or changes in invoicing and missing data

• Participate in project-based work involving data entry

• Utilize ERP solutions and Microsoft Excel for efficient task management

• Adhere to compliance regulations and maintain proper documentation

• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

• Handle any other procurement-related tasks as needed. Requirements • Proven experience in the field of procurement within the education industry

• Proficiency in using ATS (Asynchronous Transfer Mode)

• Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and ERP Solutions

• Demonstrated ability to use a Management System effectively

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with the 'About Time' management system

• Knowledge and understanding of compliance procedures and regulations

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to handle documentation and invoice procedures

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field would be advantageous.
